Final Thoughts

In this project, I went much deeper into the user’s experience. I conducted empathy interviews, and made a persona, affinity map, experience map, and journey map. We proposed a solution of creating an airport map that helped solve user’s problems found in our research phase.

Although this was a group project, I have specifically selected to present the work that I directly contributed on. The case study provides a more comprehensive overview of the project.
